Accident Insurance

Accidents can happen to anyone, at any time, leaving you to cover costs for things like x-rays, ambulances, co-pays, and deductibles, not to mention the non-medical expenses that can add up after an accident.

Highlights

Accident insurance, issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America, pays benefits for covered accidents that require medical care. It offers an additional layer of insurance protection to help cover medical and non-medical expenses that accompany an accident.

Accident insurance:

  • provides cash benefits for covered injuries
  • can help cover out-of-pocket expenses like co-pays and deductibles
  • pays you directly, so you decide how benefits are spent
  • is guaranteed—there are no medical questions or exams

Accident insurance is designed to be used with—but not as a replacement for—your major medical insurance. You must have ACA-compliant health insurance to enroll.
